Hate? INCT:
I think I have lost the ability to hate my ex-wife. I think on some level, if I could really honestly hate her I wouldn't wonder what she's doing or ask myself if she is regreting her mistakes etc... I don't think I would give her a second thought and that would make my life easier..
Just some strange ramblings.. I guess it's a strange week..

Hate is such a strong and destructive emotion. Be glad that you aren't able to tap into it anymore. (Even though you're right, it WOULD make your life a lot easier)

Re:Hate? justmenow: I used to hate the OW - my ex best friend. I think I have graduated to pity. I don't know how many steps are in between pity and forgiveness.

I saw my ex just the other day with my ex-- "so called bud ;) " and she looked at me like I spit in her face! I guess some people dont even qualify to be hated ???.
