Is It a Sign? Kathy: As some of you know, my birthday was on Saturday. I went out to dinner missed the movies and came home after having a good time with the girls from my work. I was tring to put Monday morning out of my mind, as it was the first time to go to court.
On Sunday morning my stbx's stepmom calls me and asked if I had heard what had happened! I say noooo, what's going on??
Well a seventy year old man, at the Michigan football game happened to have a heart attack and died! I said I hadn't heard anything about it, wondering why she was calling me about it in the first place. Well it turned out to be my Judge.
The one who was to preside over court this morning. On top of that he died on my birthday.
So as it turns out no court for me this morning, and am waiting again to get in to court and get this thing over with.
My stbx was very happy not to go, I think he is still hoping for a reconcilliation, even though he is on g/f #2. I just want the divorce so I can finally move on.
Just venting, because I know it is not a sign, just a bad birthday for me and my late Judge!
