ALMOST 2 MONTHS, STILL HAVE CRAZY MOOD SWINGS CONFUSED PETE: its been almost 2 months ago since the woman i have been with since we were teenagers and together for 12 years decided she wants to "be alone" heres the story -
\we met on 5-1993 at my brothers wedding, she was almost 16 i just turned 18. we went out when we could on the weekends but never went a night without talking to each other on the phone, when she turned 18 she moved n with me and we have lived together everyday since. we argued as couples do but never was their the threat of violence to her. she was accepted as part of my family, everyone loved her, she was always dependable and trustworty, i never doubted her and was not a control freak, she did as she wanted. fast forward to 4-2005, we had a large card party at my brothers house, she was fine and laughing and all, nothing was amiss to anyone that knew her (in my family anyway) the following night she tells me that she wants to "be alone" and not with me anymore. I broke down into an emotional pile, she did not respond, the following night and since this time i have been at my brothers house, she has found a place to move and will be leaving 6-1, she is either nice or a complete b***h, completely out of character now, she was always real stable and pleasant. i have no idea if there is someone else, she denies there is adamantly. but i now do not know what to believe. anyone have silmilar experiences or can any women give their thoughts? i have no idea and i think im going to have to go on medication as i get these suicidal urges sometimes and i am scared to be alone with them happening suddenly. any perspectives are welcome, thank you. additionally: she is 27 i am 30
Re:ALMOST 2 MONTHS, STILL HAVE CRAZY MOOD SWINGS jtim10: It's been almost 2 months since my wife pulled about the same crap. Hang in there, suicide is NOT the answer! I have the mood swings also, sad one min. , angry the next, content and resolved the next. I think the emotional rollercoaster is normal. Find a friend or family member to lean on during the rough times. Remember you are not alone and God loves you!

Re:ALMOST 2 MONTHS, STILL HAVE CRAZY MOOD SWINGS CONFUSED PETE: the other day i went for a ride in my truck and balled like a baby, all i want is this pain to leave. she treats my like complete crap right now and when i see her its like we are total strangers, not like two people that shared the same bed for almost 10 years. i told her and showed her every emotion i had, only to her, i feel so btrayed and angry sometimes and it makes me crazy. i had been doing a little better not seeing ior hearing from her in a week then i get a message from her about car insurance, hearing her voice just kills me
Re:ALMOST 2 MONTHS, STILL HAVE CRAZY MOOD SWINGS Husky1: I have the same emotional swings and I've been out of our house since October 1, 2004. Some days it seems like everything reminds me of my ex-wife and my kids and the life that I used to have. It's tedious, but seems to be a necessary part of the process.

Just hang in as best you can. It's natural to have all of the emotions that you've had, but you have to keep telling yourself that there's nothing wrong with you.

Easier said than done, I know, but someday things will seem ok again.
