First off my marrage is on some what solid ground (Knock on wood) this is good ;D
Now I'm smack dab in the middle of a company power strugle :o And boy the big guns are out and the war has started :o
I have walked the line between Eng & Construction for years and years and it has been great If we have no Eng. work I'm out on site working construction if the construction work is lean I go do Eng. in the office. Works out well for everyone right I help on either side and the jobs get done better faster and cheaper.... and I'm on the fast track in 2 areas at my age this is really good ;D
The vent their is only one of me and only like 3 other guys in the company that can do what I do.... Sounds good right you got 3 guys and we cover each other and the money poors in ;D Well the problem is certian managers want certain people for their jobs guess what I'm stuck. It is not like you can tell one no I mean these guys are way up on the food chain either one could toss me like last weeks trash..... I'm no where neer 100% mentaly and I think it shows and I think I have some hard times ahead in my personal life so I've been staying under the radar and getting the jobs done that I have with a tonn of help from the guys that work for me (great buch I got luck there) Well the suits just pushed me to the top and I'm expected to pick a side ARRRRGGGGGGGGGG it is not right they get the big bucks I think they should make the call they all know me and what I can do hell I worked for everyone of them at one point or another do what is right for the company >:( >:( My brain is mush right now and I fight just to get up every day and go to work last thing I need right now is a desition like this just tell me where to go and what to do I'll get it done but do not make me make the call.......
Any ides would realy help guys... Or hell just make me laugh cause the laughs are getting harder to come buy........

Look on the bright side, you could be sad and that's worse then mad. If your mad you can use that energy to get things done, use it to motivate you. If you’re sad, you end up being a lump just sitting there unable to think straight. I have no advice for you really but it could always be worse.
