she has SSRI aspergers syndrome depression schizophrenia and bipolar disoder and is conreld bye her mom and dos not like me she has het and hurt my 21 month old baby gril bye hetin gher and just not feeding her she is seeking help and is takeing meds intell about 4 months ago she stop taking with or taking htme when she wants too we started fighting over thing like she wants a big hooues new car thing a 15 years would want but you know you cant have when only 1 of us is working well 1 night why i was out town she claled be and sade she wasnted to go to her moms and her mom is good with words and is very controling and the doc.s told me and my wife that her mom wanted the baby fir her salf and now she laft that weekend and never called me agin she dont have the same numbers i cant call thing her mom told me if i shoud up that whay would call the cope on me and that she wants a devoice and i know what not my why but i want my baby out of that enviarment my wife has talk about hering her salf and puting the baby in the dumpster i called DCF but there not doing any thinng i file for cusady for my baby i dont want a devoice i know my wife she some thinge that are not right but i love her and if any out there can tall me any thing i can do to get my baby back i know my wife would come back too i have not seen them for 35 days or so now and i dont know the laws in FL or what papre work ot do is where a away to stop the devoce and move for conaling and save all this and get her mom out of are lives my wife is like a child and is being told what to do sorry fro the spelling
Re:any 1 that can help me plaes terry7350: sorry i was really upset when typing this so i hope you can make haedsit tels of that i typed i am 25 years old and shes 29 been maeered for 17 months and the baby is 21 months old is there any laws i can use to get my baby girl back cuzs if my wife gets her and she dont have some 1 looking over her at all times my baby is going to get hert

it sounds like you may have a good case for full custody.
