I am thinking, though, for those of us homebodys - the internet is good. Try a chat room of something that interests you? What are you interested in? Find people to talk with, first. Stretch yourself a little. Find new interests. That way you can meet people who share interests with you. Even if you aren't with a mate - friends help a lot. Good Luck!

I know how difficult it is for homebodies to find each other.
I am more looking for 'places' to find one more than trying to finding one right now.

y'know, even homebodys have to leave the house sometimes, shopping, haircuts, supplies etc.
Maybe you could could join a group in your local town, a sport or social type group. Volunteers are always welcome at community events and you'd be amazed how much you help youself when you start to help others. This board is living proof of that!
