I feel sick
So much for that. Tomorrow it would have been our 14th anniversary. I can't shake the memories from my head...the vow renewal we took on our 10th, the dinners out, the long conversations. I feel so empty today, so sick, so alone. I can't get through 15 minutes without crying (SO embarrassing at work). What's worse is the woman that works in the cube next to me is getting married this weekend and on the phone CONSTANTLY with family & friends and her fiancee talking about the d*mn wedding. I feel so bad because I just want to scream "SHUT UP!!! Can't you see I'm dying over here?" I know this is her big day, but all I feel is angst towards the whole ordeal.
This is awful. I am considering going home this afternoon - but who's to say tomorrow is going to be any better? I just need the strength to get through today and tomorrow. I know this will pass, but it feels so terrible right now.
