Lawyer closed case

Lawyer closed case finney5: Well, I just got the paperwork back from my attorney along with the polaroids I had taken of some of the damage the ex had done to my house. Wow! I forgot about some of the things he had said to me as justification for his actions. And just how truly violent he was.

Now it's like I 'screen' my dating applicants.
I.e. 'so how many fights have you been in?'
I'm also sarcastic and give them a hard time to see if they get mad or pout or anything. Is that so wrong? I just don't want to get stuck in the same situation again.

And since I can rant....
my final observation is that I apparently change to conform to be more of what a guy wants. I've caught myself in that mode of thinking... and then stopped it. If a guy doesn't like me for me, then surely there's someone out there who will--preferably a cute soccer player ;D
