Ojar Christmas cruise niceguy: So how many other want to pretend like there is no Christmas this year? Just pretend they cancelled it for this one year.
So my thinking here is we'll all just go on a cruise or some remote place and pretend it didn't happen.
and don't worry it will be back next year. ;)

I don't know about down with Christmas..but since it is -19 with wind chill outside a cruise somewhere warm sure sounds nice.

And PG...you had a bad day and are entitled to whine, you are human...welcome to the race. It's long and ardous and has lots of twist and turns, and ups and downs, but whether you finish first or last is immaterial....just being a part of it is whats important. Allow yourself to be human and have a bad day...

Re:Ojar Christmas cruise niceguy: Why oh why? I guess I don't want to ignore Christmas, It's just going to be hard to be around family this year. With my divorce coming up so close to the holdiays it will probably be a difficult time. Also Christmas Eve at my mom's is a tradition and my s2bx's family always came. Well it looks as though they are planning on attending this year as well. My mom didn't have the heart to tell them they weren't invited. I just thought for this one year it would be nice to get away from it all. I'm sure next year I will be in a better place. So that's my why.
I was thinking about seeing if a bunch of my friends would come over to my house on Christmas Eve, but I think they will probably all have family plans already, but I'm still going to ask. SO my back up half joking, but half not plan was an Ojar cruise.
