Vent jason_stl: On Wednesday I had a day that I will remember for quite some time.  The kind of day that makes you re-evalute just why you are in the career path that you have chosen.  The type of day that makes you question the amount of time, the amount of efforty and the amount of passion that you have for what you do.  It was a day when I wish I could have told these people, "The guy you dealt with first was a fucking liar, a jackass thief and you got screwed."

Then again, I am bound by confidentiality so I could only say certain things about various things.  Using more liberal terms and loosely fitted sentences than I am using here.  Trying as best I could to make them realize that it wasn't the company that screwed them, nor was it the type of product that they purchased, it was the guy they dealt with before.  I just can't help them the way that I want because I can't tell them why they are in the position they got into in the first place.

ugh ...

It is no wonder why so many people in my profession have damaged livers.
Re: Vent jillieb44: Why would telling them that the other guy was a liar be breaking confidentiality?

I hate liars....
