HEY INSOMNIACS............Valerian Root dreamerpoet: Just gotta say for all the insomniacs out there, this stuff really works!!!!!  I have never slept so good or gone to bed so early since I have been taking it the past 2 nights.

i don't have trouble falling asleep....i have trouble getting back up in the morning.  although this morning i woke up with a hella leg cramp  >:(
