Sleep deprived charmed: I'm sleep deprived and not sure if I'll sleep tonight. I'm wondering if my "prowler" will be back. I've set booby traps LOL
Seriously, I feel violated by this prowler. My home should be my safe haven and now I don't feel safe!!! I'm used to the night life and taking walks without fear or being in my pool and not having a care. Now what?
Just had to tell someone LOL
Re: Sleep deprived AfterMath: Who's the prowler Charmed? I must have your other post.
AM
Re: Sleep deprived charmed: I don't know who the prowler is, AM. From all appearances it doesn't seem to be a thief. NOTHING was tampered with. I have a broken down vehicle in my driveway with lots of my daughter's belongings stored and nothing was taken. I have two outbuildings with lots of tools and nothing was taken. I have a Toro lawn mower that could easily be pushed away and ladders, etc. that could have been taken.
Besides, I doubt a thief would shine a flashlight NEAR the house. He was right at the house. I didn't see the person, but I did see the light shining against the ground and near a ground-floor bedroom window.
I feel like this person wanted inside the house for money or better loot (he'd be surprised LOL) or maybe ME!!!
I live in a very seemingly safe neighborhood and have always felt comfortable taking walks at night, getting in my pool, etc. Now I barely feel like getting outside during daylight hours. I have no idea who this person is or what they want.
I did finally get some sleep last night ;D
Re: Sleep deprived AfterMath: Is this a repeat offender or a one time deal? Could be kids goofing around.
Maybe you ask the local police to patrol your neighbord occasionally at night.
Re: Sleep deprived charmed: I don't know if it's a repeat offender. They could have been lurking for some time.
It is rare to see kids in this neighborhood even during daytime, much less at 3am
There's been a lot of strange things going on lately such as neighbors suddenly getting friendlier; people from my past wanting to "get together". Now that I'm unattached I think they see me as "open prey", which makes me even more leary of this "prowler" lurking near the house.
