You ever just want to beat.... Bubba: the crap out something just because you are in a pissy mood? Seriously, it was so much easier 10 years ago. If I was pissed off, I would go to wrestling practice and beat the crap out of someone. Or go to rugby and take someones head. It was great way to get things out of your system. No, this rant has nothing to do with my ex, I am just in a pissy mood and I feel like punching something. Of course my heavy bag is at home, so that is of no use to me here. Grrrr. Guess it will have to wait till later tonight when I can at least burn off this fustration by working out.

I was "am" a martial artist and practiced on and off for over 13 years..
I miss the pysical release big time, I cant go back to my dojo because my Xwife trained there.. and its old school Giri system.
