Re: What rights does she have? ajw: Sounds like she's pissed you spoiled her fun and rather than face up to the problems in your marriage she's decided to throw all her toys out of her pram like the petulant baby she is.I think its highly unlikely she will get custody of your kids if she acts this way.You have to be strong and disregard her actions at the moment and just be there for the kids.

Wife left me took our 2 year old
My wife is acting like an idiot the last couple days, showing up unannounced at the house and screaming at me in front od my kids for no reason. I have been very nice, giving her anything she wants. Now it got to quite.
I have to pay her temp.spousal/child support which drains my income. After the divorce is final I will not have to pay spousal. Anyway I gave her one of the cars when she left and she called her lawyer and had him write up something saying I need to pay for brakes?$600 WTH is that?
She is now moving into an apartment and thinks she is entitled to whatever furniture she wants, including the baby's stuff. What do I do? Is this decided when you do settlement on the divorce or now. I am so freakin sick of her right now I dont want to give anything now.
