BIG day at the Post Office!! Suddenly Single: Today, which would have been my first day of school in my old district....was a big day at the post office!
I finally got my temporary teaching certificate for this year...of course....who is going to hire me with just a week left before school starts? I'm not sure what to do with it? At this point...do I resend out resumes? Just send in the copy to add to my file if they kept me with a cover letter? Not sure.....
AND....I got my acceptance to graduate school. I can start in the fall if I want I just need to figure out how I'm going to pay for it.
But it seems like the two things I worked on this summer finally paid off in one day !! ;D ;D

Well there is always that *chance* of getting a job but the odds go WAY down after school starts....I mean it would be basically because of an emergency or something that I would think a teaching job opens because we sign contracts and usually people don't want the negative reputation by pulling out on a contract...almost impossible to get a job once you do that.
I went to the sub orientation today...and despite the pay rate...I'm pretty excited....new adventure...new challenge...I'm scared to death!
