Something nice to share... Suddenly Single: I'm not a stepmom but I feel like one with my boyfriend's kids. This morning I went to his house to cook pancakes for them and it was so cute. We all ate breakfast together and while the two school aged ones got ready for the bus - the little one and I did his preschool book while he sat on my lap. We met the bus at school, like many parents did, with camera in hand. His daughter hugged the both of us. It was sweet. When it came time for the little one to leave for the babysitter...he hugged and kissed me good bye.
It felt so good to have such a nice morning with them.
