f-ing child support! sparks: I thought we had a pretty good relationship going. We had worked out the details of the divorce, parenting plan and child support without lawyers. the divorce was final on the 25th. Well, I usually have the child support in my account on the 1st. I pay all my bills online so that they are paid on the 1st. I recieved an email from my ex today. He cant pay until the 15th. Beautiful. I cant stop any of the payments from my account. I was almost caught up on all my bills this was the month. He makes $4000 a month tax free and has no bills!!!! How convient to be able to pay child support when you want and if you want. How nice that it can be budgeted into your monthly budget. Stupid me for trusting him.
Re: f-ing child support! ajw: Let the court know,if he is consistently late then he can get charged with contempt of court,you wont get him in any trouble if you tell them this time,but its on record and if he keeps doing it.......well he'll get an ass whupping!

They should feel lucky to have someone take care of their kids while they selfishly lavish themselves with luxury and live like worry-free bachelors. These guys should be lucky to not be stuck at home with no social life waiting for some liitle payoff from a half a$$ parent.
Re: f-ing child support! alonewith2: Sparks, did you have a due date for that child support in the divorce agreement, or was it mainly verbal agreement? I understand what you mean about almost having everything caught up.......I'm in that same predicament right now, but it isn't the STBXs fault. In PA the child support payments come on a debit card now. The problem is that none of my bills accept debit card payments!! And the only way to withdraw funds is by using the cash back option at stores, but many have a limit on what they will give you. Or I can go to a MAC machine and pay all these extra fees just to get my money!! It sucks!! I have money, but can't really access it!!
