Forget the hubby's Fajita! dgiirl: I'm going to boast some more :) My husband use to make fajita's all the time. One of my fav dishes. He use to get frustrated at me because I didnt want to use his wok and wouldnt learn to cook it HIS way. Well, tonight I did it all on my own. This is probably the most elaborate meal I've ever made lol And it didnt burn! Booya! :)
So, you get some peppers, get some chicken, get some tortillas, and a package of that fajita mix. Along with salad and your choice of shreded cheese
Cut up the chicken and peppers into long strands.
Cook the chicken in the frying pan until it's no longer pink.
Throw in the mix and the peppers and stir it around.
Get a tortilla, put some of the chicken mixture, salad and cheese. And wrap :) The more water you add to the mixture, the more wet and sloppy your fajita will be. I dont like it very wet.

Hey, i've made some quick fajitas in the wok myself..should be a sin for a Texan, but then NOT eating fajitas would be worse! ;D
