Why do I feel so bad??? KdUb: Well, I did the right thing today and had a local paralegal firm draft up our papers. Why do I feel like a pile of doo? ???
I mean, she strung me along, lied to me, is living with another man, can't commit either way, won't seek help.
I know I'm justified to file but man.....a part of me just died when I paid the lady to "FILE FOR DIVORCE".
I'm supposed to feel good about this decision - taking my life back and all that.....right? :-\

You are putting your foot down and being strong and firm with what you want. That is great.
Of course you are going to feel crappy. You just did something that never in a million years did you imagine that you'd have to do. You truely loved her so it's natural to be this hurt and sad. It speaks volumes for you, nothing for her.
Keep reminding yourself that you did the right thing!
