Why do I still care? Please someone tell me that? Why does he still have the power to make me cry?

Re: being stupid again alonewith2: He came over yesterday to watch the kids for me since I had to work. I was sick when I got home and didn't even realize that he had been on my computer. But someone mentioned something about their ex going through the computer....so I looked to see what he might have been doing on my computer.
....I saw that he was checking his email (which just irritates the crap out of me because that was usually how he corresponded with the OW)....he also went to his band's website...so I went there and checked out the guestbook.....seems there's another women again. And even though we aren't together, he has been telling me that he loves me and isn't interested in other women. He says he's been just trying to improve himself so he can win me back......la di da di da...blah blah blah.....
so why do I feel like crying? Why can he still do this to me?

But the answer is simple, Because you let him. That;s the long and the short of the story.
You can move past this. You know that people rarely change.
