BigRunner493: you may never "get over her", but you will need to accept the fact that your life in the future will be without her in it. stop trying to make getting over her your main focus. start living your life as if you would have had you not met her and eventually you'll get use to the feeling.......no quick fix for this one my friend.

I, too, asked myself the same question about HIM....I agree with BR...you may never get over her...just learn to live your life without her. Can't say it'll be easy, I haven't crossed that hurdle yet, but every day has brought me something new to work with and I am determined to be ME...and to live without him. Yes, if I see him, my stomach drops, I feel nauseous, and my heart skips a beat....but it is lessening every time it happens. THen I know that one day I will see him and it will have stopped altogether, I really don't know that I want that to happen but I know in the end it will.
There is no quick fix nor is there a required time limit. Make the best of it. Good luck and bigg huggs
