Need friends in Vancouver bbygrl: In the last year of planning to separate, separating,living apart but working on reconciling, and now going through with the divorce and him finding Love with another....I have completely isolated myself.Partly out of embarrassment of the whole situation, partly out of losing trust for people in general, and partly because I have no family where I live. I am happy to have found this site, but I need people in my life and have no idea how to fix that. I have done the bar scene a few times but I am not a big drinker, not really my thing. I cannot seem to find women friends.The mothers at my sons kindergarten are a little clicky when it comes to family and single parents. I know a few women from my job, but everybody tends to be big partiers. And I am sure I am walking around looking like a beaten dog, even though I try to be aware of that and smile.Any ideas out there? I really am quite nice and not living like a victim :)Is anybody from Vancouver,Canada? :)
