My Kids Are BACK!!! techick: K, running around like a nut, God bless the children LOL! But here's the short version.
Kids were in FL since 6-19-05, when STBXH took them for summer break. He then enrolled them in school and refused to let me pick them up or see them, only talk them while supervised. This was done BARELY on the legal side as he had filed the paperwork 3 wks before picking the kids up and it hadn't gone to court yet, SO nothing was signed by courts and LEGALLY he had as much right to them as I did and the cops couldn't MAKE him let me see the kids, so he bascially SAT ON THEM until they would have 6 mths residency...@sshole! He also used the fact that I was moving states while the kids had their 5 wk visit with him, to divest me of a place to file for this kidnapping! SOooo all this was "legal" but only barely done so. So I never moved and filed things in my state......long story short, STBXH finally ran out of money to support kids and couldn't pay for daycare for the winter break, also he wanted me to keep the one that goes to daycare and return the others....like kittens to be divided according to cost! >:( So, I finally just told him, now you have to understand there is a lot more to this story also, but I finaly told him that I wasn't taking the kids home to return the two older ones to a situation which he told me he can't afford them and he FINALLY CAVED! THank God!
So all the kids are home, the custody papers are SIGNED and as a bonus, my divorce is done.....though that was part of the deal, I sign away all the money and possessions to get the kids AGAIN, but it's done and that;s it...DONE:) So I have my kids home and am now planning on moving to the west somewhere. I have lived where I am all my life and it's been a nightmare, time for a change, plus I LIKE change:)
So that's it for now, have to run, so much to do with school enrollment and Christmas.....but I have three little babies to hold:D
