?????? hurtnlost: Well this past Monday I was in my first hearing and we came to agreement but we did not sign anything there. The lawyers were going to write it up and then we were going to sign and go to final hearing on 11th. However; everything went so fast that I realized some things were not addressed and after I thought about child support I realized I probably could have got more in court.
So my question is without bugging my lawyer is could I possibly go back on my agreement since I have not signed and say I want more child support and the other issues addressed before we go to final hearing?
Re: ?????? JNA: I am new here and do not know all the details of wht you have been through...

As long as you have not signed anything and it is only a verbal agreement and depending on what state you are in then yes you should be able to ask for more...

However...

Most states have a system in which they calculate Child Support...

I may still have the link to the site I used which will allow you to calculate how much you should be getting
