REMEMBER ME? KdUb: Hello all,
From the looks of things, there seems to be a lot of fresh faces (ok, screen names) around these parts lately. I'm not an Old Timer here by any means but it has been a little while (a month or two) since my last visit.
For those of you who are not familiar w/ my story, here is the abrdiged version I give people now. (Side Note: Isn't it funny how, in the beginning, when the sh*t storm hit, the story took about 2 hours to tell? I laugh about that every time I tell the 'Clift Notes' version.) ANYWAY!........Was with my ex for 8yrs., married for 4yrs. - No kids (thank GOD!) - NEVER abused her (mentally, physically, verbally or otherwise) - gave her everything under the sun (money was never an issue) - She cheated on me w/ an old (as old as her father), fat, balding bastard (makes me want to vomit everytime I say it or write about it) & blamed it ALL on my traveling for work (she was lonely but never told me about it, WHAT EVER!) - I kicked her out - she now lives w/ the old guy w/ nasty old wrinkly balls.

[li"> I have even begun exclusively dating a young woman who is absolutely AMAZING and has also gone through a similar type divorce. We are very open and honest with one another and she is well aware of my circumstances and the pitfalls and traps one can face when dealing with old feelings of loss and betrayal. The good news is, she's willing to work on those issues WITH me and I am doing the same for her. Nothing too too serious right now - we'll see where it goes though. So far, so good.[/li">
