update.... =( autumnnight: I posted here about a month ago. My ex and I broke up because of what he claimed to be "bad-timing" and problems in the family. So we decided to end the relationship so that he can put more time into studying and get into the med school that he wants to get in. He said he still loved me and he wished we could work it out. I was very supportive of him, knowing that we may have a chance later when he finally got everything figured out.
Sadly, i decided i will never get back with him because he freakin LIED to me!!!!!! >:( He said he can't focus on studying because he always put his girlfriends first. SURE!!! then why the hell is he seeing someone new now?!!! so when he said he needed time, it probably meant that he didnt love me anymore?! That new girlfriend of his is all the way in LA when we are here in San Diego. He's going back every weekened to see her. WTF?!! how does that give him more time to study?! >:( On top of that, he's dating someone who's still in high school!!!!! >:( well, he's only 21 and he knew the girl since he was in high school, so age is not what disguisted me. But i mean come on! high school?!!! >:(
I was planning on moving out in march when the lease ends, but now i cant wait to move!!! i can't stand to see his face!!! >:(
so anyway, that's my update. i am just so disappointed!
and you know what, HE DOESN'T DESERVE ME.
Re: update.... =( 21218: he's a coward and a liar. he walked all over you. i'm 22 and i can't imagine dating someone that's still in high school. don't get me wrong, there are some pretty hot 18 year olds out there ... but they're morons.
i just posted about "controlling" ... seems to me like he wants to be in control ... lying, distancing himself, being with someone who's inherently weaker than him.
don't worry about it, he wasn't that great. he was smart, cute, and funny ... but he has a gaping hole inside of him. be thankful you got out when you did because if you look back, he probably wasn't that great to you ... esp. towards the end ... and you would've stayed around forever as things got worse and worse and worse.

ya, you are right, he wasn't that great to me. he was very attentive and everything in the beginning obviously, but i realized that it was me who put into so much effort into making it work most of the time.
and ya, i should be thankful that i got out. because i know there's someone out there who will treat me like a queen for the rest of my life, not just for the first few weeks.
