Its been 5 weeks since we split aimless: And the past 5 days I've felt fanbloodytastic! Did a lot of thinking last weekend and decided, he's moved on with his life why should I dwell - move on, been really happy and even getting my old warped sense of humour back. Then he calls and wants to meet so I can drop the rest of his stuff of, I agreed thinking yeah sucker I'm happy without you, had it all planned out in my head. I'll meet him with my "gorgeous" smile say hey, howzit going, here's your stuff loser (lol...I wouldn't say loser I'd be thinking loser) and spotcha later - spend a total of 3 minutes with him.
Then today out of the blue BAM I'm feeling so sad again, cried most of the day at work and I have to go meet him in an hour. I want to show up and be happy go lucky, I know he's not "the one", if he was he wouldn't have done to me what he did. Gawd, someone tell me something funny to lift my spirits. Give me the strength and courage not to fall apart in front of him.

Re: Its been 5 weeks since we split sosad05: Aimless...make a list of all the reasons your NOT with him. Put it on OJAR for extra support. I did this a few weeks ago and it helped me immensely. Everytime I feel sad I go back to that post. I read what others wrote back to me and realize I did the right thing by leaving him.

i think i mentioned the roller coaster in one of your earlier posts, and i dont think i have seen anyone here ever that didnt go through it.
Some have tried to discount it, and have over celebrated their "highs", thinking that was the end of their discomfort, just to crash again.
It has to be managed, dont let it control you.
