married :) teacherwriterguy: Just a short note to bring things full circle for anyone who still remembers me and TWGFB (I_Sing_Alone).
We were married on February 11th in a small, private ceremony. Plans for a bigger, more public gathering are in the works for this summer.
We've settled on living in IL for the forseeable future, though you never know. We are closing on 4/6 on a little cottage-style house that backs onto a natural lake about 45 minutes from where I work.
The few times I check back in here, I'm glad both to see some old, familiar faces and to know that many have moved on. Both thoughts are oddly comforting.
