interesting phone call

interesting phone call twine: ok heres how it went, my sntbxw is living with another man who had an affair on his wife with my wife, in saskatchewan you have to be seperated for a year before you divorce unless one of the people admits to an AFFAIR,VIOLENCE and whatnot else, well his x wife phoned me and told me that he admitted to having an affair with my wife all through last summer, while we were married, he admitted this in court so they could speed up there divorce, she is willing to testify in court on my behalf that he was having an affair with my wife, wondering if i should go ahead and do this, if i do i could be divorced within a month and a half and if not it may take up to 8 more months.....WHAT DO I DO?

Re: interesting phone call newts: Is it important for you to speed up your divorce? If it is I would say do it, if it's not well then I would say leave it. I have read your other posts and know this could affect your custody in a positive way, so if this can help you bring back your kids sooner I would do it. I don't know, I would ask a lawyer whether this will have an impact on your custody.
Re: interesting phone call twine: thank you for the reply, i will talk to me lawer and see what he says, it would be nice to get the divorce over with, then i think i could start moving forward easier, and if this helps me with my custody battle, i guess i will do it.
Re: interesting phone call 2be: If a D is what you want, then by all means speed it up.  There is not much worse than hanging around in limbo waiting for it to happen.
