just when i had a good day

just when i had a good day broken_saint: and there it was! i had a GREAT yesterday, went to one of our clients to fix a problem with their server (i'm a systems engineer). As soon as i entered, i got a few "oh wow" 's  ... one of the girls also said outright that i looked "damn good". confidence was building again. ;D  and now its the next day (today) and i had such a realistic dream of my X. i dreamt that she had asked me to see her at her apartment. i went over and one thing led to another and we both were in bed and just when things were about to go from an R rating to a heavy XXX rating, I WOKE UP! now i feel like shit again cuz now im back here thinking of her.

i'm haunted by her. 9 years is such a long time. i just want it stop so badly.

and with the dreams...i had one the other night that my ex (who lives out of state) came to my house and woke me up to show me her new wedding ring and show me pictures!  yeah, i woke up a little bummed from that one, but don't let it get to ya...it is just a dream.

sucks though, some of them remind you of your reality...you'll be fine man, take it one day at a time...

As to the dreams... yeah, it sucks but try not to let it affect your whole day.  It's just your subconscious purging.  It needs to be done. 
Re: just when i had a good day Maximus: It might help you to know that we all have these dreams.  I'm still fresh in the divorce and I am having all sorts of nightmares. 

I'd go with the girls in the here and now.  I hope you told her that she looked good too :)
