Poll: Did you or didn't you live together? JustMe: I wish I knew how to get the poll thingy going ???
Oh well, I'm curious so just post in the thread.
For me, I didn't live with my sbtx-wife. She didn't believe in it, both sets of our parents didn't believe in it, I thinksomeone even quoted me stats that marriages last longer when you don't.
Well, I didn't and it didn't last.
If I'm ever married again, I WILL live with that person. I think it would have saved me a lot of heartache the 1st time around.

Well for the first 4 months we dated and then finally got an apartment together, then had a fight, left the apartment, got back together, got another apartment, I got laid off right before our wedding day, had to move in with her parents, then in June 03 we got our first house(rented) now we are getting divorced.... God I miss her soooo much

My s2bx and I lived together a few months prior at my parents (separate rooms) and then moved in together for the next seven + years. That is except for three months I worked out of Houston and we had a house & an apartment at that time. I was so happy for those three months because my marriage was essentially unsalvageable, unhappy, and expired then.

Then three months after our wedding he began having an affair and that's when I kicked him out. And I never saw it coming.
