Re: neverending fatigue

Re: neverending fatigue Fjord Girl: Well, check with your doctor. You may just need to add some vitamins to your diet, but if you're suffering from depression it is good to know now so you can do something about it. Good luck!
neverending fatigue icwtsmnl: I have been SO tired.  ALL the time.  I know that is a symptom of depression (and hell, THAT wouldn't be far-fetched), I am so tired of being tired.  I wake up in the morning and feel like I could sleep another 3 hours.  I get exercise, eat relatively healthfully, sleep enough, take vitamins.

when can i get through a work day without being so miserably tired??
Re: neverending fatigue thejoker: umm... i use red maxx and/or rockstar juiced.. of course don't drink them after 3pm or you just won't sleep.

energy drinks rule.. 5 cups of coffee worth of caffine in a lightly carbonated beverage.

the 2 I mentioned have the highest rating of caffine per serving.

you may feel free to try other remedies:  water, chugging an 8oz water can perk up you when you feel wilted. Or and apple, this has been proven to wake you up more than a cup of coffee in the AM

Oh that would be such a relief.  I cannot remember the last time I fell asleep easily its been so long.

grass is always greener, trapped.  i'd rather have the energy to stay awake and not need a nap after work and be tired all freaking day.
