Re: This girl makes me nervous. Fjord Girl: Maybe if you loosen up a little she will do the same thing. Maybe she's thinking the same thing if she, like you, has noticed you're actually different in some ways. It isn't a bad thing, I think it's worth exploring. Good luck!
Re: This girl makes me nervous. fly: Sure sounds like you learned about your Land Rover with that adventure  ;)

ECU, keeping moisture out ect ect.. Next time you go off roading, be sure to bring plastic bags for those ECU's  ;D

Lesson learned and the work around so you can have fun next time.  :P

Kinda off topic here blaze.. but did ya mount the electronics a little higher up in the Rover when they redid it?

There's no way to remount the ecu's unless you do some major mechanical and electrical rewiring.  They replaced the seals around the doors as, somehow they were defective.  Yeah right.  One of the mechanics down at my friendly land rover dealership told me I could wrap the ecu's in plastic therefore keeping any moisture out.

For now though, i'm just gonna stay out of 5 foot mud bogs.

I must've missed this list.
This girl makes me nervous. hudson: I dunno.  I've been on a few dates with this doctor lady and I'm having a problem loosening up around her.  She's quite reserved and has a rather conservative lifestyle.  Her house is meticulously kept and she won't let her hair down around me.  For some reason I feel like I have to go out of my way to avoid offending her, although it's probably all in my head.  I'm the exact opposite on all counts.

Honestly, one of the only reasons i'm giving this girl a try is because most of the successful relationships i've seen are between two people who are mostly opposite.

Any advice or comments ya'll?
Re: This girl makes me nervous. bluskygrl: Hmmmm, interesting post.

As I mentioned before I am not a "red neck woman" so I may know the other side of this story.  I think that if she says she wants to be around you then she does, and if you second guess that you'll ruin it!!

But, only if she is willing to accept you "as is" in your own comfort zone.
If she is then quit sweating it, but if you find yourself needing to be someone else around her for her sake then its time to move on to somewhere you can be yourself.
