Fendann: I filed in September of this year against her for Constructive Abandonment, meaning she witheld "wifely duties" (as New York State puts it) from me for a period no shorter than a year. NYS considers "wifely duties" to be "comfortable living conditions, comfortable sleeping conditions, and intimate actions that come in a normal marriage"....

Fendann: This is exactly how my marriage began to end....She started witholding from me shortly after my soon-to-be 3 year-old daughter was born...I thought it was a mental thing on her part, until I found out about the OM she had been emotionally cheating on me with....for over a year....
