And there's the rub.
A 18 year old high schooler who has sex with his 16 year old girlfriend is technically a "sex offender." Especially if her parents are pissed.
I think before we talk about castration, chemical or otherwise, we have some redefining we need to do.

I don't believe in the concept of repeat offenders when it comes to child molestation. You mess up once, it's proven beyond any doubt that you're guilty, you should be taking a dirt nap. The idea of repeat offenders for child molesters points directly towards a legal system that needs to be heavily reformed or scrapped altogether and started from scratch.

I agree, from what I gather all data points to a general fact these people cannot be reformed. Just get it over and remove them from this world.
