Need Help confusedlife: After trying and trying to save my marriage and it not working I finally broke down and agreed or made myself agree to the divorce. But I have questions. She is filling out the paperwork and then I will look at it and add mine. On there should I put that she cheated on me or just inreconcileable differences. Also I don'thave a lawyer, we agree on everything and I get custody of my kids. What is oging to happen if I don't have a lawyer and all that.

It sounds like you are doing a No-Contested divorce, like I did.
My wife cheated on me too but I chose to state 'irreconcileable difference'. Unless you want to take her to court and put her through the 'ringer', be the bigger man, step up,and dont make it into a big battle. Stating the obvious like cheating is for when you want to 'stick it to her' so to speak. Obviously both want it over, both of you know the truth, she has to live with her own conscience, and that should be good enough. At least it was for me.
