Any suggestions?

Any suggestions? ginkel: My husband are scheduled to go to trial for custody of our two daughters on Friday the 7th.  My attorney has done nothing for me at all.  He does not even have a place for my girls (20 mos and 3),he just wants to take them to play house with his 21 yr old preggo g-friend because I won't take him back and I am holding him accountable for his actions.  I feel like smashing his head in, but know that won't help the situation.  I try to be nice and I let him see the girls whenever he wants them - problem is, he only takes the 3 yr old , who has disclosed that he is touching her.  He is a sick hog and his little g-friend hits my kids. HELP!!!!!!
Re: Any suggestions? luvbai: Are you kidding me!  He's touching your 3yr old & the g-friend is hitting them?  Help?! Hell, you know what to do!  Take a baseball bat to the gf's head & shove a broom stick up the ex's arse!  OK, that's what I'd like to do!  But really, file a protection order or something to keep both away from the kids.  Do what ever you have to do to keep your babies safe, that's your job!

Re: Any suggestions? ginkel: Jen, I have a stay away OOP but the judge continues to let him see them as my 3 yr old won't "talk" yet.  She has an interview with the state police tomorrow, so we'll see.  Hopefully she'll tell them.  The g-friend is pregnant and believe me she'll get hers once she's delivered.  I feel like I am fighting a loosing battle.  Court is friday and I have to see my attorney today.  Wish us luck!  Ginger
Re: Any suggestions? nerak: Get a new lawyer if the one you have isn't aggressively going after all of this.
Re: Any suggestions? down2basics: Has anyone heard about the custody hearings?  Did you get custody?  Got any updates?
