Blood test DevensMom: >:( Ok here's the deal.... we have been separated for 10 months..... i have had my son deven pretty much the whole time except for weekends his dad has had him. The whole time he has been trying to find loopholes to not pay child support. Now legal procedures have finally started going underway.. and it is pretty much guarenteed he is going to have to pay up no matter what... so now him and his parents have decided to get a blood test. I have NEVER given him a reason to think Deven wasn't his. But he is wanting this test hoping to prove our son is not his to get him out of child support. Now is it me or does it sound like he cares more for his money than he does his son? I am already engaged and my son is living w/ us. My fiance is completely in love with Deven and would love to be his father... several months back we asked my husband to sign over rights and he had a fit... I'm thinking if he is wanting a blood test to prove paternity maybe i could just ask him to sign over rights again... but i'm not sure...
Re: Blood test lonley25: i am in the same boat.my husband and i have been married for almost 7 yrs and been together 8.but since we have separated he tells me that our daughter does not look like him and he wants to do the dna test.i never knew or thought that he would throw that up in my face.it hurts really bad.i think the only way he knows how to get under my skin is with my daughter.but in the end they will look like a butt.not us.im with ya on this one.
