He says she sleeps all day, and that shes nasty.He says I love you with her its just lust. What the hell is that supposed to mean.He says he wants to break up with herbut doesnt have a reason hes told me about 3 that i just told you about, and he says more bad stuff about her.Hes not trying to come back to me , but why does he tell me this and why does he stay with her after 7 years we were together he broke up(left me) because we fought alot thats only one reason. How many will it take for him to break up with her. He only needed one to leave me. Does this make sense to anybody?

My ex told me he still wanted to sleep with me when he started dating his new gf. I asked him what made him think I would ever do that to another woman. But it says so much about who he is...he had no problem cheating on her too. He also continues to tell me he loves me to this day. And we have been divorced for almost 3 months.
The reason I am telling you all of this is because it is such a classic pattern. I hate to tell you this, but if he wanted to be with you, he would. He can say whatever he wants, but he is not doing anything that even come close to supporting the words he is saying.
I don't remember your whole situation, specifically if you have kids together or not, but my absolute best advice (which took me A LONG TIME to believe and follow) is to cut off contact for a specified period of time. Even if it is just two weeks. You cannot think clearly with him filling your head with all these half-truths and crazy ideas. I think you will find, as I did, that the longer I go without talking to him, the clearer I think and the stronger I become.
