real estate down south xhubbie: My mom has offered to pay my tuition for real estate school. I'll be under the tutelage (always wanted to use that word ;) ) of the real estate agent who was her mentor. I'm really excited, because this is something that I've wanted to do since I was a child. I've 'toyed' around with the idea for years. Right now, I'm trying to temper my enthusiasm by looking at it as a part time occupation to supplement my income.
I originally posted this in another forum, but I noticed that nobody hardly posted on that forum.
This actually happened on Sunday so it's a belated "something wonderful happened today."
Whenever I was in college, I didn't have time to undertake this difficult class and exam. After that, I had a wife, two stepdaughters, a full time job, and a son to concentrate on. Now, I'm ready.
Do we have any realtors on here?

im glad that your ready to do this, i too have postponed my dream job to raise a family and all the stuff that comes with it. :)
