Bad Day Today paul76: You know, today was just like any other day....but for some reason I was a wreck all day. It was like my cat died or something. I feel tired, sick, weak, sad, bored, ansy, irritable, insignificant and unloved.
All these feeling at once really sucks @ss. I just dont know how to deal with this emotional bombardment. Does anyone have any tips?

Second... try a run? Visiting a gym? If you do not have a membership you can try a free trial. Do something you can throw yourself into. Something that is enough to distract you. Physical activity is best so that it gets you endorphins going too. Hope your day gets better!

Well, you have to allow yourself days like this. Heck, I've been in kind of a low since my move, feeling lethargic, rundown, and a little moody. The run/workout suggestion Bug made does help.
If that doesn't blow wind up your skirt then do something that you'd never normally do. Tonight, I'm staying here at work til 8 then working out downstairs and have never done that before. My buds here think I'm nuts for staying this late, but I've been able to catch up while trying something new at work. I usually go down there where there's people there to talk to and help motivate me.
Tonight, I'm flying solo and looking forward to it. So whether you just take a drive and put in a CD or stroll thru a hardware store, just do something for yourself tonight.

My only tip - if I'm down, it's helped me to engage my mind in something where I can get wrapped up in a story - a Tivo'd episode of a favorite show, a movie, a great book... something where I can ponder the characters and not life for a little while.

I know this may not be your style...but a nice warm bath, lights out...maybe relaxing candles...along with those two bottles frid suggested.
